1. Performance This material is dried by phenolic resin e-glass fiber, it is applied as the raw material for different types of heat compressing product. It is with the characteristics of high mechanical strength, good insulation property, corrosion resisting, damp proofing etc.   It is adapt for the production of mechanical part, complicated electrical component, such as commutator etc, the end products are with good electrical character, it is especially for the wet area.

2. Pressing requirements  a. Pressing temperature: 150±5°C B. Pressing pressure : 350±50Kg/cm2 C. Pressing time:  1~1.5min/mm

3..storage requirements A. This material is easy to be damped, please store it in cool place, and close the cover package tightly. Bake it by oven under the temperature of 90±5°C in 2 to 4 minutes, if the materials are damp. B. Please use this material in three months; lab test is necessary is the storage time is more than three months. C. Re pressing is prohibited.   Main technical data.
